The High of Madhya Pradesh has launched the NISARG Smart Monitoring app to track the compliance of orders concerning social responsibility like tree plantation, volunteering responsibilities in hospitals, water conservation, etc.
The App was e-inaugurated by Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court, Justice Ravi Malimath, and Justice Rohit Arya (Administrative Judge), in the presence of other judges of all three benches.
The App was developed under the guidance of Justices Sheel Nagu and Anand Pathak.
It is designed to use the geofencing technique to ensure that when the petitioner uploads a photo of a tree planted, its coordinates can be marked so that the same can be used to monitor the development of the trees further.
The App was developed with the help of the Madhya Pradesh High Court's IT Team.
The e-inauguration was attended by Mr. R.K. Vani (Registrar General), Mr. Vimal Prakash Shukla (Prinicipal Registrar), and Mr. Hitendra Dwivedi (Registrar). The members of the bar association also attended the ceremony virtually.
