Further, it also seeks legal action against the accused persons - Khan, Padukone, Aditya Chopra (producer), Siddharth Anand (Director), and John Abraham (actor).
"During filming, a song was shot (Besharm rang kahan dekha duniya walon ne) in which saffron color has been wrongly presented with the aim of spreading obscenity as well as hurting Hindu sentiments, due to which complainant was deeply aggrieved," the complaint plea reads.
The plea also states that the accused persons have, pursuant to a conspiracy, in order to spread obscenity and hurt the sentiments of a particular religion, produced and shot the movie 'Pathan'.
"Yes, I have filed a criminal complaint before the Court as I think the song (Besharam Rang) of Shah Rukh's movie (Pathaan) is objectionable and it hurts the sentiments of the Hindu community. The matter would be heard by the Court on January 3," the complainant/lawyer Sudhir Ojha said while speaking to Live Law.
