Karnataka Judicial Academy To Host 'Bengaluru ADR Week 2024' On Theme Of "Expanding Of Horizon: Marching Towards World Class Arbitral Institutions”

The Bengaluru ADR Week 2024 will be held from 24.08.2024 to 26.08.2024 at Karnataka Judicial Academy, Bengaluru, on the theme of "Expanding of Horizon Marching Towards World Class Arbitral Institutions.”
The program is devised to enhance the quality of the Arbitration process, which is one of the best ADR Mechanisms.
It would be spread over a period of 3 days and would witness 6 panel discussions and one debate session. Former Judges of the Supreme Court, Former and Present Judges of the High Court, and Senior Advocates would be the panellists for the business sessions. The Judicial officers dealing with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, the Advocates and law students would be the delegates.
The event is organised by the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru in association with Karnataka Judicial Academy, the ADR week Committee and the Advocates' Association, Bengaluru.
The Bengaluru ADR week will be inaugurated at Karnataka Judicial Academy on 24.08.2024 at 5.30 P.M. by Supreme Court Judge, Justice B.V. Nagarathna. Justice Aravind Kumar, Judge of the Supreme Court of India, will be the key speaker. Chief Justice N V Anjaria would preside over the program.
Other dignitaries to be present would be Justice Anu Sivaraman, of the High Court of Karnataka. Justice K.S.Mudagal, President of Arbitration and Conciliation Centre and Judge, High Court of Karnataka. Advocate General K. Shashi Kiran Shetty, Additional Solicitor General Arvind Kamath. President Advocates' Association, Bengaluru Vivek Subba Reddy.
