As directed by the Honourable Supreme Court and in consultation with the Honourable High Court of Karnataka, the Office of the Advocate General commenced all its pleadings etc. electronically. This would lead to complete digitization of government litigation. It will be followed by the CCMS program. Henceforth, each law officer would transact litigation electronically.
