Karnataka HC And District Trial Court's In State To Start Limited Functioning From June 1 [Read Circular]

The notice issued reads "The High Court has also taken a decision to start limited functioning of all the District Courts and Trial Courts in the State of Karnataka. Shortly, the standard operating procedure, which will apply from June 1, 2020, will be published on May 26, 2020 in the official website of the High Court of Karnataka and the District Courts in the State."

On Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at 5.00 pm, the Chief Justice and senior Judges of the High Court of Karnataka will address the office bearers of all the Bar Associations in the State as well as the office bearers of Karnataka State Bar Council by

convening a web meeting for seeking cooperation of the members of the Bar. If there is any query about SOP, the Bar Associations may forward the same to the Registrar General through Principal District & Sessions Judges/ Principal Judges. The queries be forwarded latest by 11.00 am on May 27, 2020.
