Direct BJP And Shiv Sena To Form Government As Per 'Public Mandate': Petition In Bombay HC

A petition has been filed before the Bombay High Court by Thane resident Priya Chavan seeking directions to both the BJP and Shiv Sena to form government as per the "public mandate" and a perpetual injunction against both parties from forming an alliance with any other party like the Congress or Nationalist Congress Party.
The said petition was filed by petitioner's counsel Advocate Nitin Satpute on Monday and it will come up for hearing in due course before the bench headed by Justice SC Dharmadhikari.
The petition names Union of India and State of Maharashtra as respondents 1 and 2 respectively. It seeks directions to the Union of India and State of Maharashtra to refrain from appointing a Chief Minister from the "emerging post-poll alliance, between the Shiv Sena, Congress and NCP Or/And BJP-NCP (Ajit Pawar Group) Alliance."
The relevant prayers are-
(i) This Hon'ble court be pleased to Pass and issue an appropriate writ/order/direction the Respondent No. 3 & 4 to form government as public mandate, pre-election alliance of comprising of the Shiv Sena and Bhartiay Janata Party, which has the support of more than 159 MLAs to form the Government under;
(ii) This Hon'ble court be pleased to declared the coalition is a "fraud" on the electorate and also further be directed to Mumbai police commissioner to register FIR against Respondent No. 3 & 4 for Cheating and breach of Trust of the of the Voters.
(iii) This Hon'ble court be pleased to Pass and issue an appropriate writ/order/direction to recover the election expense Respondent No. 3 & 4, in case of re-election.
(iv) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this petitioner this Hon'ble court be pleased to Pass and issue an appropriate writ/order/direction to grant perpetual injunction against both the respondent No. 3 & 4 for forming government with any other political parties (NCP, Congress, & independent etc.)
"Alliance have betrayed voters, not complied their promises, after elections results, they changed their alliances", petition states.
