COVID-19 Pandemic: Delhi Higher Judicial Services Mains Exams Postponed

Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus , the Registry of the Delhi High Court has notified that the Mains Examinations for the Delhi Higher Judicial Services will not be held on the scheduled dates.

By the notice dated March 13, 2020, the Delhi High Court has decided to postpone the dates for the said examination.

Earlier, the exams were scheduled to be conducted on 14th and 15th March. While postponing the said exams, the Registry of the court has not notified the fresh dates in the notice.

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, a plea has also been moved in the Delhi High Court seeking restrictions on the entry of litigants in the court premises.

Highlighting the contagious nature of the virus, Advocate Rashmi Bansal, who's also the Petitioner, has asked for restricting the entry only to those who are urgently or necessarily required with respect to the cases listed before the court.
