Constitution Day Celebrations And Legal Services Camps Organised By Bihar State Legal Services Authority

In a concerted effort to enhance legal awareness, each District Legal Services Authority (excluding DiLSA Patna) is poised to conduct a "Legal Services Camp" during Constitution Week.

The focus of these one-day camps will be on the effective implementation of the NALSA (National Legal Services Authority) schemes. Specifically, the camps will address the NALSA (Effective Implementation of Poverty Alleviation Schemes) Scheme, 2015, NALSA (Child Friendly Legal Services to Children and their Protection) Scheme, 2015, and BSLSA's "Scheme for Integration of Transgender-person And their Rehabilitation and providing Access to Justice), 2023 (SITARA, 2023)."

During these Legal Services Camps, an array of government benefits, including Ayushman Card, Aadhar Card, Shram Card, benefits for specially-abled individuals, and identity cards for transgender persons, will be made accessible to the public. This collaborative effort with the District Administration aims to streamline the dissemination of crucial government schemes, ensuring their availability to a wider audience.

Earlier, BSLSA and DiLSA Patna organised a Legal Services Camp on 04.11.2023, which was a very successful camp as a huge number of persons availed the benefits of government schemes during said Legal Services Camp.
