CLAT 2020: Consortium OF National Law Universities Issues Instruction For Candidates Appearing On September 28 [Read Instruction]

The said examination will be held between 2 pm and 4 pm and candidates are expected to reach the Centre one hour before the start of the examination. Moreover, no candidate shall be allowed to enter the test Centre after 15 minutes of the commencement of the examination.

Candidates are allowed to carry to the examination hall the following only:

1. Blue/Black Ball Pen

2. Admit Card

3. Any Photo I.D. Proof issued by the Government.

4. Transparent water bottle.

5. Own mask, gloves and personal hand sanitizer (50ml).

6. Self-Health Declaration

7. Disability Certificate for PWD candidates

Apart from this, as a general rule candidates are not permitted to carry any electronic/ communication devices such as mobile phones, any kind of watches, calculator, headphones, etc.

Furthermore, the following also form part of the instructions-

(i) All the candidates who will use the rough sheet are required to write their roll number on the top of the sheet and are also required to dump the same in the drop-box before leaving the examination room.

(ii) No clarifications shall be sought from anybody while the Test is going on.

(iii)Any candidate who is found either copying or receiving or giving assistance will be disqualified and it will be treated as malpractice and necessary action will be taken. Possession and use of incriminating material for the purpose of the test amounts to malpractice.

The question paper shall consist of 150 questions for UG and 120 questions for PG candidates. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
