Centre Notifies Transfer Of Madhya Pradesh HC Judge Justice Sujoy Paul To Telangana High Court

"In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Shri Justice Sujoy Paul, Judge, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, as Judge of Telangana High Court and to direct him to assume charge his office in the Telangana High Court" the notification reads.

Justice Paul enrolled with the bar in 1990, was appointed as a Judge in the Madhya Pradesh High Court in 2011 and made a permanent Judge on April 14, 2014.
