The Bar Council of India has decided to conduct the next All India Bar Examination (AIBE XVI) on October 31 and the date for registration for AIBE-16 is extended till 25th Sep, 2021.
The last date for payment is 28th September, 2021 and the online form has to be completely filled by 4th October, 2021. The admit cards would be released on October 11.

Earlier, the Bar Council of India (BCI) had decided to extend the last date of registration for the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) XVI till August 14, 2021. It may be noted that the AIBE-XVI was previously going to be held on April 25.
Significantly, the Bar Council of India had, in March 2021, decided to reschedule the date of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE)-XVI and it was notified that the revised date would be intimated soon, now this date has been notified today (October 31, 2021).
The Bar Council of India had recently decided that All India Bar Examination-XVI (AIBE-XVI) onwards, no books, notes, or study material will be allowed in the Examination Hall. However, the Candidates would be allowed to carry Bare Acts without notes.
This Notification stated,
"This is to notify that All India Bar Examination-XVI (AIBE-XVI) onwards, no books, notes, or study material will be allowed in the Examination Hall. Candidates can carry bare acts without notes.
