TCIL has invited applications from the qualified and retired personnel as Consultant (Secretariat and Legal). The eligible candidates with requisite qualification/experience in the Secretarial & Legal field may submit their applications within the due date and time.

Name of Post: Consultant (Secretariat and Legal)

Eligibility: CS/FCS with LLB from a recognized Institute/ University. Candidates having additional MBA qualification would be preferred

Experience: More than 25 years experience in the field of Secretarial & Legal.

 Maximum Age limit: 65 years

Job Profile

         i.            Handling all secretarial functions, Ensuring compliance of various laws.

       ii.            Holding various meetings like Board, Share holders and Committee Meetings.

      iii.            Handling litigation matters before various forum and also Liasoning with Counsels.
