Legal Assistant Vacancy at Coast Guard Organisation

Coast Guard organization has invited applications for the post of Legal Assistant.

No of Post: 01

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4600.

Eligibility

Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territory administration or Universities or recognised Research Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings or statutory or autonomous organisations:-

1. (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;OR
   
   (ii) With five years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-2, Rs. 9300 – 34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- in the parent cadre or department;
2. Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-
   (i) Degree in Law from a recognised university;
   (ii) Two years experience as a Qualified Legal Practitioner.
