'RGNUL To Be A Beacon Of Intellectual Empowerment': Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Jai Shankar Singh At Independence Day Address

“Ask a caged bird, the importance of freedom, on its first flight of freedom,” said the Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Jai Shankar Singh during his address to the RGNUL community from the academic block of the university on the 78 th Independence Day on August 15, 2024. In his speech, he paid homage to the sacrifices of our martyrs in their struggle for independence. Further, he reiterated his unwavering resolve to develop RGNUL into an epitome of intellectual empowerment through his good offices. He asserted on a number of intellectual as well as logistical reforms being undertaken for the betterment of the student as well as teaching and non teaching community of RGNUL.
Further, he encouraged the RGNUL community to focus on their personal growth and investment in positive intellectual affirmations that would catalyze the rise of RGNUL as an institution that upholds its motto of “Knowledge empowers”.
Finally, the address culminated with the distribution of sweets to all the members of RGNUL community, promising to safeguard the interests of the students as well as employees of RGNUL.
