Nirma University Launches Advanced Research Mentoring Programme On Maritime Law And Law Of The Sea

Course Duration:

The course is designed for 60 hours from 21st January 2025 to 21st July 2025, it is a Six Months, Part Time, Online Mode Four Quadrant – Four Credit Course (Four Quadrant Approaches - Quadrant 1: e-Tutorial (Video) Quadrant 2: e-Content (PDF, Text, e-Books, Illustrations and Documents) including Web resources (Open Content etc.). Quadrant 3: Assessment (Problem/ Solutions, MCQs, Assignments etc.). Quadrant 4: Discussion

The course contents include very significant aspects of Research in the area of the Law of the Sea and Maritime Law which are: -

• Introduction to Research Mentoring Programme on Law of the Sea and Maritime Law-Fundamentals of Research (6 Hours)
• Identification of the Research scope in the area of Law of the Sea and Maritime Law (14 Hours)
• Learning to draft research Methodology and approaches in area of Law of the Sea and maritime Law (20 Hours)
• Drafting research proposal, Research Article in area of Law of the Sea and Maritime Law (20 Hours)

· Declaration of First List of provisionally selected candidates for the course on 30^th December 2024. (On the First Come First Serve basis).
