  • VIT-AP School Of Law Signs MoU With Alpha Partners

    An MoU was signed between the VIT-AP School of Law (VSL), VIT-AP University and Alpha Partners, NCR of Delhi virtually on Tuesday.

    After signing the MoU, Dr S. V. Kota Reddy, Vice-Chancellor of VIT-AP University highlighted that the University is committed to create a Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security and Law and other centres of excellence to encourage the research and practical application of the law to future legal professionals.

    He further added that the centres will work holistically to provide better solutions to society and to provide legal empowerment to the people. This academic collaboration with Alpha Partners would help students to equip industry and practice-ready in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Transaction Services Law, Regulatory Services Law, Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Law, Labour and Employment Laws, Compliance and Regulatory Laws.

    Akshat Pande, Founder and Managing Partner, Alpha Partners that VSL and Alpha Partners entered into this MoU to facilitate academic collaboration between the two organizations to promote academic research, capacity building, academic collaborative activities and including student internships and placement activities.

    Arvind Moorchung, Sr. Consultant, Alpha Partners expressed his gratitude and said that Knowledge Sharing through exchange of resources between the two Institutes, visiting lectures by Alpha Partners, Organising Research activities of mutual interest, Collaborative seminar/webinar series, Round-table discussions on contemporary developments of law which are of practical relevance. Capacity-building programs by providing inputs to Law School Curriculum, Internships to the Students, Technical Training to stakeholders, Online Professional Courses and Leadership Development programs

    Dr CLV Sivakumar, Registrar, VIT-AP University and Dr Benarji Chakka, Dean VIT-AP School of Law, students, faculty members and staff of the university witnessed the MoU ceremony.
