RGNUL organises Workshop on Capacity Building and Personality Development

School of Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary Studies (SSSIS) RGNUL, Punjab in collaboration with National Commission for Women (NCW), New Delhi and IQAC organised online workshop on "Capacity Building and Personality Development" for undergraduate and postgraduate female students. The objective of the workshop was to enhance the skills of women learners. Communication and interpersonal skills for employability were focussed during the sessions. Through various sessions learners were sensitised about cyber crimes, safe usage of internet and social media platforms. Ms. YashodharaGiri, Asst. Director, Training & Placement, Sharda University, Noida delivered a lecture on Personal Capacity Building. Dr. Navtika Singh Nautiyal, Assistant Professor, Forensic Justice and Policy Studies, National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat deliberated on digital literacy. The workshop aimed at boosting the confidence of female students and expanding the boundaries of their knowledge.
