HPNLU Shimla Organizes The Second Alumni Meet In Collaboration With Alumini Association Of HPNLU

The Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, under the aegis of Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, Vice-Chancellor, HPNLU in collaboration with the Alumni Association of HPNLU, Shimla (AAHS), organized its second Alumni Meet at the HPNLU Shimla campus. This event brought together alumni from diverse backgrounds and fields of expertise to reconnect, celebrate their shared experiences, and contribute to the continued success of their alma mater. The event marked another milestone in strengthening the bond between the university and its alumni.

The event commenced with an introduction by Dr. Aayush Raj, Chairperson of the Alumni Committee, HPNLU, Shimla. Dr. Raj extended a warm welcome to all the alumni and highlighted the importance of such gatherings in maintaining the deep-rooted connection between the university and its graduates. He noted the pivotal role the alumni play in shaping the university's present and future and emphasized the event's role in fostering collaborative partnerships for mutual growth.

Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, the Vice-Chancellor of HPNLU in her welcome speech expressed her joy at reconnecting with the alumni and reflected on the university's progress since its inception. She recognized the invaluable contributions of the alumni in enhancing the university's stature and reputation, not only through their professional successes but also through their continued engagement with the institution.

Subsequently, Dr. Sahil Malhotra, President of the Alumni Association of HPNLU, Shimla (AAHS), a registered society, addressed the alumni and conveyed his heartfelt gratitude to the alumni for their continued support and active participation in the Alumni Association's activities. He underscored the significance of the association in creating a strong network that benefits both alumni and current students. Dr. Malhotra emphasized the alumni's responsibility to remain engaged with the university and contribute to its growth through various initiatives, including mentorship, career guidance and placements, and collaborative academic endeavours.

Following the addresses, the alumni engaged in an interactive session, where they reconnected with their peers, shared their professional journeys, and discussed potential avenues for further strengthening the alumni network.
