Lloyd Law College is highly overwhelmed to announce the 4^th Edition of S.K. MISRA MEMORIAL INTERNATIONAL MEDIATION & NEGOTIATION COMPETITION 2023 powered by Trust Legal Advocates & Consultants. The Second & Third Edition of this Competition set a benchmark by registering the highest number of Registrations among the world. With the Provisional Registrations reaching up to 450, LLC broke all the records. Lloyd is back again with the spirit of creating another history in terms of spreading the knowledge of Mediation and Negotiation among the maximum number of Law Students.

This Competition envisions to promote the use of Mediation among young generations of professionals with a mind-set equipped to effectively resolve the disputes. This Educational Event will seek to encourage the effective use of Mediation and open exchange of ideas, experience and know-hows between students of different universities, cultures, generations and backgrounds. We hope and feel pleasure to host you Online for the 4^th S.K. Misra Memorial International Mediation and Negotiation Competition, 2023.

1. Eligibility
• Students must be registered as full-time or part-time law students.
• Students who graduated before the Competition but no longer than three months before the start of the Competition are still eligible to participate.

3. Registration
• The Team shall complete the Provisional Registration on or before 31^st January 2023 through the given link of Google Form: https://forms.gle/Kgf7SEAcpp5gv83B9
• Upon receiving the confirmation of the vacant slot from the Organizing Committee, the Teams must confirm their Final Registration within 48 hours of the provisional registration.
4. Fee details
• Registration Fees for an Indian Team is Rs. 5000/- and for any International Team is USD 70.
• The registration fee includes an invitation for all registered Team members to all events of the Competition, including any occurring training, the opening reception, and the award ceremony.
• Failure to transfer the registration fee on time or in full will result in the loss of the university's spot in the Competition.
• The transfer must indicate the name of the university for which the transfer has been made.
• Kindly Note that once the payment is made, it is non-refundable in any circumstances.
5. Prizes

Prizes worth Rs 3 Lacs across various categories with internship opportunities at renowned ADR law firms across the country.

6. Deadlines/dates

• Final registration needs to be completed within 48 hours of the provisional registration.
• Release of Problem: 10 Feb 2023
• Submission of Plan: 3 March 2023
