13th Justice B. R. Sawhny National Moot Court Competition At NALSAR, Hyderabad

The 13th NALSAR Justice Bodh Raj Sawhny Memorial Moot Court Competition is being organized from 6th March to 8th March 2020 in collaboration with Bodh Raj Sawhny Memorial Trust (BRSMT) and Eastern Book Company (EBC) and SCC Online as Knowledge Partners.
Who can apply?
- All students enrolled in a 3-year LLB programme or a 5-year integrated LLB programme shall be eligible to participate in the BRS Moot Court Competition. However, only one team per university/institution shall be eligible to participate.
Team Composition
- 2 Speakers & 1 Researcher. The teams may choose to participate without a Researcher.
Submission Guidelines
- Each team should prepare one Memorial for each side, i.e., the Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s) and the Respondent(s). The last date for submission of the Memorials (Soft Copy) is 20th February 2020. The memorial must be sent to the brsmoot@nalsar.ac.in email id.
- Top 32 teams qualifying the memo elimination round would be invited to participate at the National Rounds. The teams qualifying for the National Rounds would be required to send the filled registration form, fees and hard copy of the memorial in the prescribed time period given in the rules.
