ABOUT CIFL

The Centre for Insolvency and Financial Laws (CIFL) at MNLU Mumbai aims to serve as a think tank to promote the understanding of financial law theoretically as well as practically, while also engaging in high-quality research to assist the policymakers. The primary goal of CIFL is enhance the knowledge about the financial laws.

ABOUT THE EVENT:

Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai is conducting a Guest Lecture on the theme, “Workshop on Insolvency Laws”, where we will be exploring the important aspects in the field of Insolvency and Bankruptcy. This workshop will feature two esteemed speakers - CS Dipti Mehta, who will be discussing the roles and responsibilities of insolvency professionals, and Mr. Debajyoti Ray Chaudhuri, who will be sharing his insights on the role and importance of information utility.

This workshop is ideal for professionals working in the fields of insolvency and bankruptcy, as well as those interested in learning more about the laws and regulations surrounding these topics. With expert speakers and engaging discussions, attendees can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the roles and responsibilities of insolvency professionals, as well as the significance of information utility in the insolvency and bankruptcy process.
