IDIA Kerala: LLM Mentorship Programme

IDIA Kerala is organising the LL.M. mentorship programme. Often, students lose out on their opportunity to pursue an LL.M. from several top foreign universities because of not knowing how to draft their CVs or writing their SOPs and LORs. This programme aims to resolve this problem by providing students who are wishing to pursue an LL.M. in foreign universities, guidance with their applications. Each student will be assigned a mentor who will help and guide them with their applications and other associated procedures. The mentor will either be a student or alumni of the institution that you'll be applying to. All mentors are volunteering with IDIA on a pro bono basis.
What to Expect?
- Complete guidance at all stages of the application process
- Three one-on-one mentoring sessions of thirty minutes each
- University-specific guidance for application
- Mentors from colleges you want to apply to
- Information and personal experiences from mentors about different universities abroad
- Evaluation of curriculum vitae, statement of purpose, letter of recommendation and all other documents/ essays necessary for application
- Personalized feedback
- Our mentors include people from New York University, University of Cambridge, Queen Mary University of London, National University of Singapore, Sciences Po and MIDS Geneva.
How to Apply?
Interested applicants can Send their CV along with their preferred universities to idiakeralaevents@gmail.com. The concerned team will get back to the applicant with further details. Mentorship for each university is priced at ₹ 1000. Prices may vary if a student wishes to apply to two or more universities.
