MBA (Shipping & Logistics)

The two-year MBA Programme offered through the School of Maritime Management was conceptualized and designed by the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark in line with its BLUE MBA program.

Eligibility

The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 50% marks for the General Category or equivalent CGPA (45% marks in case of SC/ST/SEBC/EWS category candidates). The holders of the 'Certificate of Equivalency' issued by the Association of Indian Universities or any other competent institution are also eligible for the program. Candidates appearing for the final year of the bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results may also apply. If selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the program provisionally, subject to completion of all the requirements and fulfillment of eligibility criteria in due course of time.

LL.M. Programme

The one-year LL.M. degree Programme is being offered through the Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies, Gujarat Maritime University as per UGC Guidelines for Introduction of the one-year LL.M degree Programme, 2012. The LL.M Programme is being offered with two specializations namely Maritime Law and International Trade Law.

Eligibility

The candidate must hold an LLB/Equivalent Degree in law from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in cases of general category/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI and 45% marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category. Candidates appearing for the final year qualifying examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results may also apply. If selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the program provisionally, subject to completion of all the requirements and fulfillment of eligibility criteria in due course of time.
