CLAT 2023 To Be Held On December 18; Registration Begins Today

The Consortium of National Law Universities has invited applicants for the Common Law Admission Test, 2023 which is scheduled to be conducted on December 18th 2022 in offline mode.
The Consortium has commenced the online application process for the Common Law Admission Test today, and the last date for registration is on 13th November 2022.
Since the exam is scheduled in the middle of the academic year, the Candidates who may be appearing for their qualifying examination in the months of March or April 2023 are also eligible to appear in the CLAT 2023 Exam. However, they shall be required to produce evidence of their passing the qualifying exam.
Two rounds of 'Open Campus Visit Days' has been scheduled by the Consortium as a new feature for the students, where registered students get an opportunity to visit the campuses of the 22 National Law Universities.
For the Under-Graduate Programme, which is the Five-Year Integrated Law Degree Course, candidates belonging to General categories will have to secure a minimum of 45 per cent marks or its equivalent grade. 40 per cent marks or equivalent in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
For the Post Graduate Programme, candidates require an LLB Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 50 per cent marks or its equivalent grade in the case of candidates belonging to General categories and 45 per cent marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
