DNLU Hosts Expert Talk On Stem Cell Research & Longevity By Dr. Shibashish Giri

The Center for Advocacy, Practice, and Research on Intellectual Property (CAPRIP) at Dharmashastra National Law University organized a talk session on 12th February 2025. The session was led by Dr. Gargi Chakrabarti, Associate Professor (Law) and Director CAPRIP, under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha, Vice Chancellor, and Dr. Praveen Tripathi, Registrar. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Shibashish Giri, an expert in endogenous stem cell research and regenerative therapies.
Dr. Giri has over 22 years of experience in Germany and India, focusing on activating local stem cells in various organs. His breakthroughs include re-pigmentation of vitiligo patients, a non-invasive device for hair regrowth, and a botanical peptide to prevent grey hair. His research also extends to spinal cord regeneration and longevity studies. His upcoming book, GoBiolife (2024), will provide guidance on leading a long and disease-free life.
The session offered insights into maintaining a healthy lifestyle for students and attendees. Dr. Giri emphasized the importance of simple yet effective changes in eating habits and body clock management for overall well-being. His discussion encouraged students to adopt holistic health practices and explore the scientific aspects of longevity and cellular regeneration. Dr. Giri also addressed queries on personalized health strategies.
