DNLU, Jabalpur Hosts Eminent Scholars For An Academic Discussion On 75 Years Of The Indian Constitution

    Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur, hosted Prof. (Dr.) R. Venkata Rao, Vice Chancellor, IIULER, Goa, and Prof. (Dr.) T.V. Subba Rao, Chairperson, VSLLS, Delhi, for an academic discussion celebrating 75 years of the Indian Constitution on 7th February, 2025.

    The session was held under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha, Vice Chancellor, and Dr. Praveen Tripathi, Registrar, served as a platform for intellectual exchange, reflecting on India's constitutional journey. Prof. (Dr.) T.V. Subba Rao provided profound insights into the interplay of Law and Dharma, while Prof. (Dr.) R. Venkata Rao shared his expertise on International Humanitarian Law, offering valuable perspectives on legal evolution and contemporary challenges.

    Marking the occasion, book titled 'Personal Data Protection Rights' book authored by Dr. Ashit Srivastava and Prof. (Dr.) Yogesh Pratap Singh by Lexis Nexis and Edited Book titled 'Transcending the Binary: Exploring the Transgender Rights' edited by Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha and Dr. Ashit Srivastava was released at the occasion.

    The event fostered a meaningful dialogue among legal scholars, faculty, and students, reinforcing the university's commitment to academic excellence and the advancement of constitutional thought.
