Public Concern for Governance Trust (PCGT) in association with Pravin Gandhi College of Law (PGCL) is thrilled to announce the 3rd edition of the Online Certificate Course on Fundamentals of the Indian Constitution: Socio-Political-Legal Perspective!

Public Concern for Governance Trust (PCGT) was established in 2002 during a period when honest and upright officers were being humiliated by the political leadership. The foundation of PCGT was laid when Dr. R. K. Anand and Mr. Dara Gandhy, future trustees, successfully filed a PIL in the Bombay High Court against the proposed transfer of an upright I.P.S. officer. This victory marked the beginning of the mission to support honest officers and fight against corruption.

About Pravin Gandhi College of Law (PGCL) was established in 2004 by Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVKM) to provide high-quality legal education and address societal and industry needs in the era of globalization. The college has been granted linguistic minority status for the Gujarati community.

As Marcel Proust once said, “The voyage of discovery is not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes.” This philosophy encapsulates the goals and objectives of PGCL. They believe in nurturing the creative spark within every student and structuring the learning programs to unearth this creativity. Modern teaching methods encourage learning inside and outside the classroom, offering platforms for debates, seminars, workshops, trial advocacy through moot competitions, and other innovative interactive methods. This creates an environment that fosters intellectual growth.
