NLUO Center for International Trade Law is offering a one credit course on 'Protection of Foreign Investors and Investment Under International Law. The course will be beneficial for the law students and young lawyers who are planning career in international investment arbitration. It will introduce the students to the subject and provide a basic understanding of the issues and legal norms involved.
Mode of Teaching- Online through google meet.
Course Teacher- Sheela Rai, Professor of law, NLUO
Duration of the Course: The course will be conducted from January 2 to January 13, 2025 Monday to Friday 7 pm to 9 pm
Examination will be on January 22, 2025 in online mode.
Declaration of Results- February 3, 2025
Issue of Certificates- By February 17, 2025
