Nirma University: Certificate Course On "Law Of The Sea And Maritime Law”

DURATION: Six Months, (Part Time, Online Mode Four Quadrant – Four Credit Course) Commencing from 07th November, 2023 to 10th May 2024. The course is designed for 60 hours. The classes will be conducted every Wednesday and Thursday at 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM [01 Hour 30 Minutes) in an online mode except on official holidays.

(ii) Shipping Business and Maritime Contracts [14 Hours]

(iii) Maritime Safety and Security, Collision at Sea and Seafarers Welfares [14 Hours]

(iv) Marine Environments & Maritime Liabilities [10 Hours]

(v) Marine Insurance Law [08 Hours]

(vi) Maritime Claims & Dispute Settlements [08 Hours]
