Mr. Vivek Ranjan, Advocate and Partner at Kommit Techno-Legal LLP, specializes in SEP litigation and has extensive experience in arbitration, technology law, and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Nishant Sharma, Lead Counsel at Dolby Technology India, brings expertise in patent licensing and litigation, with a background in both electronics engineering and law. Additionally, Prof. (Dr.) M.R. Sreenivasa Murthy, DPIIT-IPR Chair Professor and Faculty Convenor at CSRIPR, NUSRL, Ranchi, will provide academic insights into the subject.

The course curriculum is designed to cover various critical aspects of SEPs, including standard development organizations, FRAND commitments, SEP laws across jurisdictions, competition law implications, and litigation strategies.
