    SRM School of Law, Forum Justitia* is hosting its first “Asian Style Parliamentary Debate”- VIVAAD, bringing together some of the brightest minds to debate on one of the most pressing contemporary issues—the "Right to Disconnect."

    This debate, structured in the 3 on 3 Asian Parliamentary Debate format, will feature dynamic discussions on various motions exploring the intersection of labor rights, technology, and personal well-being. The event aims to foster critical thinking and policy-oriented discourse among law students.

    Team consisting of the following portfolios (3 speakers per team) :

    1. Prime Minister/ Opposition Leader

    2. ⁠Deputy Prime Minister/ Deputy opposition leader

    3. ⁠Government Whip ( both side)

    The key takeaways and arguments will be compiled into a comprehensive report, which will be submitted to the Ministry of Labour welfare.

    Join in to navigate the legal, ethical, and societal dimensions of the Right to Disconnect and its implications for the future of work in India.

    The event will be judged by eminent jurists, professionals in the field of labour welfare, academicians in labour laws.
