9th V.S.SUNDARAM Memorial Research Paper Competition

In light of the growing importance to the field of Taxation, the TNDALU (Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University), School of Excellence in Law in association with S.A.P.R. Advocates started a national level taxation Research Paper competition, the aim of which is to be a high-quality event focused on taxation.

Theme

"Comprehensive Analysis of S.56 (2) (X) and S.50CA of the Income Tax Act, 1961"

Submission Guidelines

Two hard copies of each entry in the format specified above, along with a soft copy of the same in a Compact Disc (CD) must be submitted to:

(Near Taramani Railway Station), Perungudi, Chennai 600096.

Participants must also email a copy of their entry as a Read-Only MS-Word document to 2019krr@gmail.com and info@saprlaw.com.

Important Dates

Entries must reach the above-mentioned address on or before 5th February 2019 by 5:00 p.m. IST.

Awards

• A Medal plus a cash prize of Rs. 20,000/- shall be awarded to the best research paper.

• Certificates of Participation will be issued to each of the participants.

• The Best Article will be published in a journal published by the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai.

• The winners of the best article will be given the opportunity to present their paper before the esteemed audience during moot court competition.
