Call For Papers: Seminar On Compass And Conundrum Of Commercial Law At Bangalore Institute Of Legal Studies

Who can apply?

• The competition is open for students who are studying III Year LL.B. and V Year integrated LL.B. course during the current academic year. The College/University must be affiliated to the Bar Council of India.

Submission Guidelines

• The competition is open for students who are studying III Year LL. B and V Year integrated LL.B. course during the current academic year.
• The College/University must be affiliated to the Bar Council of India.
• The author(s) shall specify in the abstract and the full paper:
• Title of the paper with the theme.
• Names of authors.
• Name of the College.
• Email address and contact number
• The Abstract and the Full paper should be submitted in .doc/.docx format.
• The Abstract along with the duly filled Registration Form should be submitted through email only. The e-mail id for seminar related queries and submissions are bils.seminar@gmail.com.
• The Soft Copy of the full paper must be E-mailed on 23rd October 2019. 9. The Abstract should not exceed 300 words.
• All submissions should be within the range of 3000-5000 words (exclusive of footnotes).
• All submission should be the original work of the author and should not have been submitted for publication or published elsewhere in any form.

• Last date of Registration, Payment and Abstract submission: 12th October 2019
• Full paper submission (Soft Copy and Hard Copy): 23rd October 2019
• Date of Presentation 31st October 2019
