Call For Papers: De Facto Law Journal [Submit By 31st March]

De Facto Law Journal invites submissions for its upcoming issue. Original and high-quality research papers from legal scholars, practitioners, and students are welcome.

Submission Guidelines:

• Manuscripts must be submitted through the official submission portal or via email at info@defactolawjournal.org.
• The submission must be in Word format (.doc or .docx) and adhere to the prescribed formatting guidelines.
• Required details:
  • Title of the manuscript
  • Name(s) of the author(s)
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Contact details
  • Abstract (250-300 words)
  • Keywords (4-6 words)

Publication Procedure:

1. Plagiarism Check & Initial Review
   • All manuscripts undergo a plagiarism check (acceptable limit: 10%, excluding references and footnotes).
   • Manuscripts passing the plagiarism check will undergo an initial review for adherence to scope and formatting.
2. Double-Blind Peer Review
   • Selected manuscripts proceed to a rigorous double-blind peer review.
   • The review process takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
3. Review Outcome & Revisions
   • Decisions include:
     • Accepted without changes
     • Accepted with minor/major revisions
     • Resubmission required (substantial revisions needed)
     • Rejected (with reasons provided)
   • Authors must submit revised manuscripts within the stipulated timeframe.
4. Final Editorial Approval & Publication
   • Post-revision, the manuscript undergoes final editorial scrutiny.
   • Upon approval, authors receive a Letter of Acceptance (LOA), and the paper is scheduled for publication.
5. Post-Publication Policies
   • Authors retain copyright but grant the journal exclusive publishing rights.
   • Published articles are available under open access.
   • Any post-publication corrections or retractions follow the journal's editorial policy.

• Indian Single Authored Paper: ₹800 | International Single Authored Paper: $40
• Indian Co-Authored Paper: ₹1,200 | International Co-Authored Paper: $60
• Indian Three-Authored Paper: ₹1,500 | International Three-Authored Paper: $70
