Bennett University: 5-Day Mediation Training Program In Collaboration With Samadhan [25th -29th October]

SAMADHAN:

The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, known as Samadhan, were established in May 2006. It results from the joint initiative of the Bench and the Bar of the Delhi High Court, who have committed themselves to Mediation as an appropriate method of Alternate Dispute Resolution.

OVERVIEW OF THE MEDIATION TRAINING PROGRAM:

The Clinics Committee, School of Law, Bennett University is organising a 5 Day Mediation Training Program from 25^th -29^th October 2023 in Collaboration with Samadhan (Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre).

GOALS OF THE PROGRAM:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of mediation
• Enhance communication and conflict resolution skills
• Foster neutrality and impartiality.
• Acquire mediation techniques and strategies
• Build empathy and understanding
• Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Promote cultural competence
• Understand ethical guidelines and professional standards
• Enhance self-awareness and reflective practice
• Promote the value of mediation

PROGRAM SCHEDULE:

The Certification of 40 Hours in Mediation will be provided to the participants successfully completing the entire course.

DATE & VENUE:

The Five Day Mediation Training Program will take place from 25^th -29^th October 2023 in Collaboration with Samadhan (Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre) at School of Law, Bennett University (The Times Group) Campus, Greater Noida.

Participation is open to all the academicians, PhD Scholars, Researchers, Lawyers, Students, and any other professionals who intend to pursue a career in Mediation.
