      The second speaker on the respondent's panel starts with her contentions. The judges point out that just because there's a date fixed in the contract doesn't mean that it is the essence of the agreement. The judge also stresses that the submissions cannot be used to back the contentions and a fact needs to be pointed out. The arguments are slowly heating up. The speaker refers to a case that completely supports her contention and the judges reply with a satisfactory nod.
