Essential Qualification: Any fresh Law graduate or a lawyer with few years practice at the Bar. He/ She should have been enrolled/registered with any Bar Council.

Registrar(Establishment), Administrative Block, Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi-110003 or may be submitted by hand in the Establishment Branch, Room No. 205, 2nd Floor, Administrative Block, Delhi High Court, New Delhi, so as to reach on or before the last date fixed.
