ZEUS Law Associate's Real Estate Transaction Team Facilitates Land Development Deal With Max Estate

ZEUS Law Associates, a leading law firm also specializing in real estate transactions played a pivotal role in the recently announced real estate development deal for land parcels of 18.23 acres, situated along the high-in-demand Dwarka Expressway in Sector 36A of Gurugram, set to significantly influence the surrounding area.

The team at ZEUS represented the landowner, Namo Real Tech Pvt. Ltd., for its collaboration with Max Estates, the real estate arm of Max group for a mixed-use project with a gross development value of more than 9000 crores as per media releases.

ZEUS Law Associates provided end to end advisory services throughout the transaction cycle and preparing the joint development agreements between Max Estates Ltd. and the landowner. ZEUS team, leveraging their expertise in real estate and deep understanding of the regulatory framework, ensured that all legal aspects of the transaction were meticulously addressed.
