S. Majumdar & Co., an exclusive IPR law firm, headquartered at Kolkata, has partnered with Sinha and Company, Advocates known for their general law practice to form a joint venture firm by the name of MAJUMDAR & SINHA, IPR Lawyers to provide seamless representational IPR litigation services before the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
While S. Majumdar & Co., and Sinha and Company will continue to retain their individual identities and continue to service Clients, all forms of intellectual property related litigations and representations would be handled by MAJUMDAR & SINHA before the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
MAJUMDAR & SINHA would be managed by the partners, Ms. Suhrita Majumdar and Mr. Paritosh Sinha.
This strategic alliance brings together a combined experience of over 50 years in their respective domains. Interestingly both the firms were established in the year 1993.
