Mr. Harshavardhan Deshmukh has been elevated to the position of Partner. Mr. Harshavardhan is one of the core members of the firm's banking-finance, stressed assets and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code practice in Hyderabad. Mr. Harshavardhan holds extensive experience of over 12 years in handling various types of litigation assignments and since the year 2020, Mr. Harshvardhan has been instrumental in establishing firms' presence across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh states.

Mr. Chirag Bhavsar has been elevated to the position of Associate Partner. Mr. Chirag is an integral part of the firm's Investments and Mergers & Acquisition Team in Mumbai. He is well known for his expertise in Commercial Laws and Corporate Governance. Mr. Chirag has also handled various assignments before the Hon'ble Securities Appellate Tribunal & National Company Law Tribunal across India.

Mr. Arvind Yadav has been elevated to the position of Associate Partner. Mr. Arvind is responsible for handling dispute resolution, environmental laws and real estate laws practice from Pune office. His experience includes execution of extensive and highly complex real estate transactions, conducting die diligence for Multinational Corporates and Government Agencies.
