Mitali Mehta Re-joins Desai & Diwanji as a Partner in the Corporate Practice.

She has over 14 years of experience in advising a wide range of clients on private equity and M&A transactions across various sectors including pharma, financial services, infrastructure, etc. Mitali was with the Mumbai office of Amarchand Mangaldas (and thereafter Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas) for 9 years. This is her second innings at Desai & Diwanji, having first worked with the firm from 2009 to 2012. Prior to Desai & Diwanji, she worked with Crawford Bayley & Co.

This is Desai & Diwanji's fifth partner induction since April 2021. The partners inducted include – Smriti Mehta, Rini Mitra, Varun Kalsi and Mahesh Wasadikar. While Smriti was an associate partner with the firm before her elevation to partnership, Rini and Mahesh joined laterally from Cyril Amarchand and Varun from PSA.
