The Firm's Banking and Finance team acts as the Borrower's Legal Counsel for Ghaziabad Aligarh Expressway Private Limited (part of Cube Highways Group) in connection with refinancing of existing lenders, and (for strengthening and widening) of the Ghaziabad-Aligarh section of NH-34 (formerly NH-91) in the State of Uttar Pradesh ("Project Highway") to six lanes from the existing four lanes.
