Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted sole legal advisor on the Reverse Merger for the Ujjivan Group's listed companies - Ujjivan Financial Services Limited, an RBI registered Listed NBFC, into and with its subsidiary company viz; Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, a listed Bank. The said reverse merger received the final sanction of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bangalore on April 19, 2024. This deal value is approx. INR 70 Billion.
