The Firm acted as lenders’ legal counsel for Aditya Birla Finance Limited, in relation to financing aggregating to Rs. 150 crores made available to AmpSolar Technology Two Private Limited for the purpose of inter alia, refinancing the existing debt in connection with the 45 MW (DC) / 30 MW (AC) operational solar energy project in Karnataka.
