C&M Makes Promotions For The Financial Year 2021-22

Mehul Parti, who has been associated with the firm for over 6 years has been promoted to Managing Associate. An alumnus of Amity Law School, Mehul's practice covers dispute resolution, general and regulatory litigation. He has advised and represented HP India Sales Private Limited, Bayer Cropscience Limited, Bharti Realty Limited, Indus Towers Limited, MG Motor India Private Limited etc. in disputes before various courts and tribunals.

Mahima Singh has been promoted to Managing Associate. She has been associated with the firm for over 5 years and is an alumnus of Delhi University. Her practice focuses upon restructuring and insolvency, regulatory and dispute resolution. Mahima is involved in advising resolution professionals/liquidators of insolvent entities such as Ricoh India Limited, Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Limited, Mandhana Industries Limited, and Astonfield Solar (Gujarat) Private Limited. She is also involved in preparation of resolution plans and advising/representing resolution applicants in various cases such as Jet Airways Limited, Kilburn Chemicals Limited, Calyx Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited.

Savar Mahajan who has been associated with the firm for over 4 years has been promoted to Senior Associate. He has focused his practice in the areas of insolvency & restructuring and general corporate. He has handled some of the major matters relating to CIRP processes of Asian Colour Coated Ispat Limited, Astonfield Solar (Gujarat) Pvt. Ltd., Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd., Lakshmi Energy and Foods Ltd, and Emerald Lands (India) Pvt. Ltd. He has further advised in liquation process for Insilco Limited and Provogue India Limited.
