    AKS Partners, one of the leading dispute resolution firms in India, continues to up its practice this 2021. In furtherance of which the Firm has recruited 4 lawyers with expertise and interests in international arbitration. With enough experience in dispute resolution, strengthening the international arbitration practice of the Firm will not only give extra support to our existing clientele but also rise to several expected opportunities in international matters. The Firm has retained 2 lawyers who are highly qualified with hands-on experience in matters related to international arbitration and 2 immediate college pass outs in order to promote and build in-house grooming of talent.

    Alumni of National Law University Odisha and University College London (UCL), UK, Gaurav Rai, has extensive knowledge and experience of International Arbitration. He is also an editor of one of the highly appreciated blogs in the arbitration space known as The Arbitration Workshop Blog. He has written numerous articles and thought papers in various publications. Prior to joining the firm, he was working with Justice A.K. Patnaik (Retd.), Former Judge, Supreme Court of India and handled various significant matters pertaining to arbitration.

    Vignesh Raj, alumni of Symbiosis Law School, Pune has a multifaceted experience of International Arbitration while working at CrestLaw Partners and at Lawsikho. Besides technical knowledge and expertise, he also holds a certificate in "International Law in Action: the Arbitration of International Disputes by Leiden University."

    The fresher pool composes of Nabeel Wasim Malik and Shivam Tiwari, graduates of Symbiosis Law School, Pune and National Law University, Jodhpur respectively.

    Such diversity in recruitment reflects the Firm's vision towards long term growth.
