Induslaw's IP Co-Head Aditi Verma Thakur Joins Ediplis Counsels As A Senior Partner

Ediplis Counsels adds another feather to its cap. Aditi Verma Thakur, ex Indus Law, joins Ediplis Counsels as senior partner. She will co-lead the firm's Intellectual Property practice with a special focus on soft and commercial IP work and be based out of their Bangalore office.
Aditi has amassed diverse experience with over 13 years of practice. She started her career in 2007 with Krishna & Saurastri (Mumbai) in 2007 and had a stint with K Law (Bangalore), before joining the IP practice of IndusLaw in 2014, which she expanded and spearheaded for more than 7 years.
She is well regarded among legal circles on advising clients on contentious and non-contentious aspects of IP subjects, and on intricate corporate and commercialization aspects of IP and related rights. She has advised and represented foreign and Indian multinationals, strategic investors, SMEs, and start-ups from across the domains, especially from the e-commerce, education, engineering, financial, gaming, media, pharma, publishing, real estate and construction, and technology sectors.
