Justice Shiva Kirti Singh To Be TDSAT Chairman

The government has decided to appoint former Supreme Court judge Justice Shiva Kirti Singh as the chairman of Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT).

Justice Singh was elevated to the Supreme Court on September 19, 2013, and retired on November 11, 2016.

The TDSAT chairman seat has been vacant since June 2016, after the retirement of Justice Aftab Alam as its chairman.
