Justice Hidayatullah Memorial Case Comment Writing Competition, 2019

Law Corner and Lex Research Hub are organizing the Justice Hidayatullah Memorial Case Comment Writing Competition, 2019. This is an online competition.

The event is aimed at promoting the importance of the latest landmark judgments. This competition will enable the participants to know that how these latest judgments have changed the overall course of justice.

Important Dates:

• Last date of registration: 20^th January 2019.


• Last date of submission: 15^th February 2019.


• Declaration of result: On or before 22^nd February 2019.

3. Justice KS Puttaswamy (Retd.) &Anr. v Union of India &Ors. [W.P. no. 494 of 2012] - (Validity of Aadhaar Judgment passed on 26
   th September 2018).


4. Navtej Singh Johar & Ors. v Union of India Thr. Secretary Ministry of Law & Justice,[ WP (Criminal) No. 76 of 2016]- (Sec. 377 Decriminalisation Case passed on 6^th September 2018).


5. Atiya Sabri v Union of India & Ors [WP (Criminal) No. 43 of 2017] (SC Declares Triple Talaq Unconstitutional Judgment passed on 22^nd August 2017).
