Justice Gita Mittal Appointed As Delhi HC Acting CJ

Justice Gita Mittal, the senior most Judge of the Delhi High Court has been appointed as the Acting Chief Justice of Delhi High Court.

Justice Mittal, who wrote many significant Judgments, to take charge of her new office from 14th April 2017. Present Chief Justice G. Rohini will be retired from service on Thursday.
